Hi peps

I have created a small animation for a friend and emailed it to her. I also emailed it to myself. When i opened it, it worked no problem but it won't open on my friends computer.
I downloaded the shockwave and flash player but still nothing. When i tried to open the swf it says it isn't associated with a program. I tried to navigate to and exe in the macromedia file in windows application data but there is no exe there.
All ideas and suggestions gratefully accepted.
