I would make something like in this tutorial :

Applying effects to buttons on(press), but i think that menu made on swish 2.0 or something like this ... But i cant do that. Or someone helps me to "when i press a button appear a menu"

Ok there are two ways of doing this

Try this one first, see if it does the trick you need it to.

right click on the shape or text you want to be a button, go down to "convert" then to button.

Go to the outline tab, click on the text or shape under "Overstate" and apply an effect.

Now when the mouse is over the object, it will do the effect you asigned it to.
