Loking for high quality web/flash designers

Hi there,

Firstly I apologise if this is the wrong forum, but I thought this is the closest forum for what I am posting.

I am looking for an extremely talented/creative webdesigner who is also quite good at flash for a new venture we're starting. We want someone who is capable of the quality of work that pixelbrick does such as http://hostnexus.com, http://pixelbrick.com, http://hostreflex.com. Basically rich "fairly corporate" sites.

Another thing is that I'm looking for individuals from Pakistan as that's where our current staff are located. I don't know if I'll beable to find these quality of designers in Pakistan, but it's worth a try beore I widen my search to other countries.

hmm.. I dono anyone in pakistan with these quality of work. but i know people in Iran. I will contact them to see if they have any one in pakistan.

They are! but it doesnt mean that people are 3rd world.
There are many smart and talented designers in anywhere in the world.

In someways they are even more advanced than the US or germany or ....
