    PC / Mac .fla Compatability?

    Anyone know why I (using a PC) can't open a .fla file created on a Mac?

    The file inquestion on the following thread.
    Flash Kit Community Forums > Discussions > Boardroom > Can anyone animate this elephant for me

    There should be no problem. Make sure you're both using a compatible version of Flash (e.g. 5 can't open MX files).

    Also, try the "All Files" option in the open dialogue if you can't actually select the file to open.

    I get the following message:

    We are both using MX, only dif is MacMatix is on Mac OS10 and I', on PC WinXP.
    Any chance that the file is corrupted in some way?
