    banner help

    Hi there,
    does anybody know of any good books or tutorials on creating banners, and how to reduce the file size. I don't find it a problem creating them in swf format but people always want them as gifs, and I am having real trouble creating them within the size limit.

    hang on, are you talking animated banners here? if thats the case, just try playing around with the dithering and colour limits.
