tutorial on data binding using just code?

Hi,

After reading Aral Balkan excellent tutorial on macromedia site about Data Binding

I really wanted to start using these in my projects. However, most serious developers need to be able to set data bindings at run time using code, and not a whole lot of instances of xmlConnector's on the stage.

I have looked through the help files and have posted in many forums but no one seems to be able to do this? There is an example in the help files that binds between two textInput components, but nothing useful such as how to bind between the xmlConnector's results and another components dataProvider.

Therefore I thought it would be a good idea to start a poll for people who are excited about the potential of using data bindings, but really need to know how they can create them at run time using code.
