Thread: external preloader?

    Question

    hey...

    I want to have a movie PREload another movie but dont know how to go about doing it.... the movie i want to preload is quite large and i realy dont want to move every frame ahead about 50 frames.... so i wanted to try to load the movie externaly but cant find any recourses on it...

    Cool

    You dont need to shift the movie over 50 frames to build a pre loader. Just highlight all the first frames in the movie and then just drag them over one frame. Then just highlight all the first frames again and hit the f5 button several times. Now just build the pre loader using the if frame is loaded command. Regards, Bill

    well ok... i could do that i guess...

    but just for future refrence.... any one know how to make a seperate swf preload another seperate swf?
