    Program to block images

    Hi,

Is there a program out there that will allow me to surf websites and still see the text but BLOCK the images? Pretty much something that would only show the HTML.

    Thanks!

most browsers allow you to surf without images turned on. In IE go to option, advanced and uncheck 'show pictures'.

Mozilla firebird will block any images from outside the page's domain.

It's one of those things that is so obvious when somebody says it, but not when you think it through yourself.

    We've all been there

opera has a handy button to toggle images on and of. The setting is individuall for every different page you are browsing. Kindof rocks, specially when you are at places that loves to popup dirty stuff
