    PPC hardware buttons events

    Hi guys,

Does anyone know if its possible to trigger an event in the flash player when one of the hardware buttons on a pocket PC is pressed. (ie the calender or iTask buttons)

    thanks for any help

    pocket pc keytest

    hi,
you can use the special keys in the flash standalone version, html browser and antplayer, better support in the standalone versions and many more os functions. but if u test the little application, you will see, that it works in the html and antplayer too. calender = ascii (193)..but the user must deactivate it in the pocket pc options, perhaps it works for your project.greetz.sonic

    cheers

    Thanks sonic,

I had got the joystick working already, just not the other buttons. Is the antPlayer the same as ant mobile's flashAssist?

For my project I want to connect to my PPC website in full screen too, is this possible?

    thanks again for you help

    hi,
@ AntPlayer = the ant mobile flash assist

the pocket IE (W2002) has no fullscreen function support. But you can add this feature, other programs can do it, like Multi IE or SPB Pocket Plus. My experience the Multi IE is the better Flash IE tool.
