    Web Developer Needed

    Building a new site from scratch and want to know who out there is "REALLY GOOD"

    You state the pay, get 50% upfront and the rest once project is completed

    Layout, navigation, and some graphics. Also a special user CP required.

    That's well and fine, but if the want the contract they'll follow instructions.

    If you can't follow simple instructions like "call me at:...." how can he be sure that they'll follow more detailed instructions pertaining to a contract?

    Upon hiring, we give a simple test. The first line says, "please read through entire test before answering any questions." The last line of the test says, "please do not answer any of these questions... just turn in your blank test and we'll get started with the interview."

    If they can't follow simple instructions, they generally aren't what we're looking for.
