txt help please

I am having trouble with text less than 12 pt.
Problem is that it is very blurry even with ANTI-ALIAS TEXT turned off.
The problem is even with standard TT fonts like Arial, Tahoma and Verdana.
Some flash sites I have visited and the text is very clear in these TT type fonts even with the size as low as 8pt.
When I type it in on the stage it is clear but when tested in Flash Player it turns blurred.
I'm using Flash MX.

Anyone any idea how to overcome this problem.

The sad fact is that flash doesn't handle fonts very well. Mostly because flash is a vector based app and fonts aren't. Here's some more info.
