    HOW did they do this???

    This snow looks so real! Is it possible to do this in Swish 2?? does anyone know?

    hi,

    all you need is some shapes inside sprites, and lots of copies of them, each one with a slightly modified path. i've put two snowflakes into my example :-), just enough to demonstrate how it can be done...

    LOL! I guess it helps to know the program inside out!
    It would have taken me a month to figure this out on my own!

    When Swish2 came out I thought I would never learn it........now you show me this in Max and Again! I am thinking I will never master this program...but possibly by this time next year I can at least figure out the basics!

    Here is a tute on how to do it in Flash .. basically the same in SWiSHmax .. but some of the syntax and (of course) things related to the UI are a bit different. But it should give you the concepts.

    how do u slow the snow down in your swi file as well how do u make it cover a larger area .. thanks

    I've updated the SWI file so that there is control for the speed and gravity etc. See the comments in the script.
