I need help please and quick!
Is it possible to embed a quicktime .mov into flash 4?
If not what is the best way to go around this. It is for a presentation for cd-rom

no it's not possible. you can convert your mov into individual images and import them as a sequence - but its probably too large file size.
Alternatively you could link from your flash swf to your mov.
