    Negotiating Salary with employer......

i am negotiating salary with a small technology company who wants me to be their graphic designer and the position will require working primarily in flash. first of all i was under the impression that most graphic designers work in print and thourough knowledge of flash is really a plus because of the animating/programming/etc...this position will not require any print work. just graphic design for layouts that will be used in presentations and handed off to another company that does the programming.

whats the most a graphic designer is worth these days?? will the fact that i will be workin in flash give me bargaining power?? if so then how can i word my response??

thanx guys...i know you have probably been there and done that so please share any experiences.

This is where the salary requirement comes in to play.

Whatt do you need to live on?
How much is this position worth to you?
Is this position worth the salary?
    What benefits are provided?
    Is there room for advancement?

I guess these are common sense to me and there's probably someone who could use these tips.
