I've been dabbling in Flash for quite sometime, but other than simple animations, I've never done anything really 'techical', but want to. Actionscripts I find way to hard to learn without any teaching or direction.

Point of post: What are some good books for flash, ones that don't discuss just the basics?

I personaly like the Flash Bible....however you can go to your book store and fine the Area that has all the program books and flip through the flashed ones to see which is best for you.

There is a fantastic book by Hillman Curtis. It is pretty advanced, and not all of the tutorials are completely useful to the newbie, but if you are new to flash, the first lesson was worth the price of the book.
