How Can I strip content from static htmls?

here is the sample page from where I want to strip some content...

there are words that I want to collect into a database.
they are all written in the same structure so i guess i wont be hard to search and collect the words in a simple loop

..can't do it in actionscript (neither Loadvars nor XML) thus can you provide me some php script which will crawl and seek the words I want or any php source explaining this seek& collect method..
