Only those with genuine ability, personality and passion need apply.
You must be proficient in Flash Actionscripting, HTML, Javascript and also have a passion for design and animation.

Knowledge of backend technologies such as Flash remoting, PHP, XML, SQL and CGI would be a bonus.

You should also have at least 2 years commercial experience.
