input data in flash and store it in external .txt file

how can we store data into our .txt file using flash input text?
I have a txt file containing some data. i want to add more data in the same file using flash.

As flash cannot do this itself, you will have to get your flash movie to interact with a PHP file and then write to a text file, which can be quite difficult if you have no PHP knowledge. You will also need a PHP compatible host. Take these two tutorials and then come back if you need any further help.
