Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build a navigation similar to the one seen here..

Outlook Style Navigation

Question is, does anyone have any resources or insight as to how a menu like this can be made? I've been thinking about how i can script this with ActionScript, but being a newb i thought i'd check to see if anyone's seen similar tutorials on the net anywhere.
