Tutorial
Allright... I just started using Flash MX and i dont understand a damn thing about making a decent flash movie or game... So please tell me the BEST tutorials you guy (and girls) know to help me start......
And i was allso wondering if any of you knew some good addons for flash mx......thanks!

You should check the getting Started tutorials here on Flashkit. And read a lot of posts in the Newbie section.
Its best to get an overall feel for the program before starting to make games and such.

I wondered that myself, but then realized that she didn't look at all like someone who would hang out at a board for computer nerds.
On topic for Danylo, just for the heck of it:
How to learn flash the fast way:
Do all the lessons in the program, go to Help/lessons.
Then do all the tutorials in the prog.
Then go to www.actionscript.org, do all those.
Then go to www.kirupa.com, do all his tutorials.
When something doesn't work, it's a "paths" problem. (trust me, it works most of the time!).
It should only take you maybe 6 months to get your arms around it all.
Use the Search thing at these here Flashkit forums to answer any question you can think of, because they've all been asked and answered.
When you've got it all figured out, call me and let me know the answers.

thats a generous estimate
what you want to learn depends on what you want to do
you may need a task, a goal, and then dig to find out out how to achieve that goal
like, i want a list of people from a database
or
i want to make pretty pictures
the first may take months of digging around depending on your skillset and time you set aside for learning
the latter you could do in a couple of days
but it depends on what you want to do
