Help Optomizing My File

Ok I need to know if this is just my computer, but does it seem like the flash movie is slowing down my comp? I really dont want to do that to my users, so i would like to know how to trim down this movie as much as possible and possible how to make it run smoother...

it loaded right up for me ..but maybe you can check your "fps" in the properties if you think things are running slowly ..
but as i said it was fine for me ..

Change the fps from 90 to around 12-15
