Rest assured, support is not nearly as bad as you may have experienced.

    What e-mail were you contacting?

I just clicked on the contact us = webmaster@flashkit.com link.

I fully expected some type of response within 48 hours. Being as the board is so busy I figured there's got to be someone with admin previleges hanging about.

But now that I am in I have to let it go. I have other business with Flash that will probably expand my cranial blood vessels to the point of migraine

Haha, although service may have been a little slow this time, I'm sure you'll find the boards full of helpful members.

    Good luck

I cannot access my main account, "jahasloth"

When I log in, it says thank you for logging in, then I am redirected to the you are not logged in page. This all started because I mistakenly disabled cookies in my user CP.

I have cleared my cookies. Cleared my cache. Even tried accessing this site from a machine I've never accessed it from before using both Firefox and IE.

    Nothing works.

    can't access "ceglia"

I've been unable to post/pm on FK. It keeps giving me an error telling me that my accound may have been suspended, which I'm sure hasn't happened, or is wating for activation.

Before I wasn't able to post/pm, I had changed my e-mail address. I suspect that upon doing so, I should have received an automated response confirming the new address, but I never received one.

    problem account: ceglia

Could someone please take care of this. I'd really appreciate it.

    thanks.
