    converting from AS1 to AS2

    Evening peeps

A couple of weeks ago i got FlashMX 2004. One of the first things that intrested me about it was the new option to add images to dynamic text fileds This would be a big plus for me and my site .
I thought it would be as simple as exporting my movie with player 7 and AS 2. when i run the site it throw up all sorts of problems. is ther conflicts with AS1 and AS2?

    Cheers
    Paul

    P.S
Would love to get those smilies working in my forum

    Hi webdreamer,

check my site www.flashscript.biz and go to the flash version and then to the tutorial database. The actionscript tutorials are xml files, which are formatted with css and they have an img tag to load a logo pic. There is nothing particular about that. I have a tutorial for MX xml text files on the HTML version. To add pics just add the the img tags and carriage return for the next lines. If you have still problems send me a message.
