Sote not showing for Mac users, kinda desperate!

    Hi, and thanks!
We just launched our new site, only to find out that a couple of Mac users are reporting seeing only a black screen and a scroll bar. Any idea why this may be happening?

Two different file names in the "object" and in the "embed" tags!
Which is it? "v2test1.swf" or "v2.swf"?

...as I hum "If I only had a brain" from Wizard of Oz.

Thank you O.N., fixed that. Do you have a Mac to check with by chance?

Nope! I'm on PC! Can't afford such a nice machine as a Mac! (sarcastic)
I have enough of working on Macs every day... When home I need to relax!

Dang, still showing a solid black page for Mac user, an important customer of ours. I have no Mac to test with, can some Mac people pleeeeaaase give a look and tell me if the site comes up?

Has anyone heard of any special issues with Mac's and flash sites?

    Many thanks!

Off playing Stratego with their imaginary friends I guess.
Maybe they're down on me because I'm an obvious Winblowzer.

Thank you Ms. Paris and Mr. O'Newb. I've had a suspicion about this guy's plugin, and have asked him about it, but some people have a hard time hearing certain things in regards to their computer. He kept saying "Real Player" and so on. I'll shoot him a link to macromedia update, again, tomorrow.

    Thanks again you two.

Well the Real Player can play some .swf files. Were you giving him a link or directly sending him a .swf?

I was getting him the regular www.cscproducts.com link, and I'll spoon-feed him the macromedia update tomorrow. Just to complicate matters, he's also an AOL. I'm not sure when kind of trouble that will raise at the update site because I know next to nothing about their browser.

You have all my sympathies! AOL of all things!
