    I hope someone can solve this problem.

    Hi,

    I need some help here. I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me to solve this problem.

    Okay. Here's my problem, I had created two scenes for this movie and I just couldn't figured out how to stop the effect on the scene 2 from appearing on the initial scene.

    Enclosed is the example.fla for your reference. It's done in Flash MX.

    Thanks in advance.

    Remove the duplicated movie clips when going back to the preceding scene...

    Code:
    on (release) {
        for (i=1; i<16; i++) {
    	removeMovieClip("ball"+i);
        }
        gotoAndPlay("Connecting", 1);
    }

    By the way, might be better to use gotoAndStop()... rather than gotoAndPlay(), since there's only 1 frame and you have a stop action anyways.
