    loading into temporary internet files

I was looking at a decent website the other day and it it took about a minute to load and then had another look a few days later and found that it was loaded already. So it had downloaded the swf onto my machine, and sure enough i found it in temporary internet files. How is this achieved? I've never seen any other site to this with a flash movie.

    Are you talking about cacheing?

Or did you go to the same website and it looked different but loaded fast? Either way it was cached. If you look at your temporary internet files you should see loads of swf files.

    yes, cache'd

I found a swf file and a htm file relating to the site in windows/temporaryInternetFiles. When i loaded accessed the site again it came up real quick, no loading over the server.
