    Best web based html editor?

    Hello,
    I'm looking for a PHP web based editor (preferably free or cheap) and I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions. I have searched hotscripts.com and found lots and lots of scripts. So any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Are you looking for a WYSIWYG editor, or simply a text-based editor? Also, are you looking for something your clients can use, or you as the developer can use?

    I'm looking for a wysiwyg editor (sorry for not being more clear). I would like something that a client could use.
