    After effect tutorials

    I'm trying to learn how to use after effect and the tutorials in the programs don't really help.. hoping if any1 know tutorial sites so i can learn more! thanx!!

    that last one has some great stuff on, but it requires final effects complete.

    On a side note does anyone know if final effects complete is available for windows based machines? or if not what are some alternative plugins/programs for producing thoses particle type effects?
