My images jiggle when tweening

Hello,

Every now and them when I place a picture in a layer then tween it in and out, at the beginning of the tween it jiggles slightly (to right). I'm not sure what I am doing to create this. Any help on advise on how to remove the jiggle would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. I tried the 1% & 99% bit as described but seem to still get the jittering. I tried different variations as well. Could I be doing it wrong??? (
