How to dectect revisit of page with flash movie?

I have a flash movie on my first page of the web site. If I then go to other html pages and then use the back button to go back to my first page the flash movie on that page starts at the beginning again.
Is there a simple technique to make the flash movie display from it's end position when the page is being revisted?

    TIA

A sharedObject, like a cookie on each user's machine... If they're not disabled!
And simple, well that's up to you to find out!

i'm not sure how much this is gonna help you out, but you could slice up your pages and flash files into different sections. have an intro that loads a new webpage after it's finished or something like that. i'm sure you get the idea.

    Well flush my buffers!
I thought I would have to do this through methods and javascript.
Shared Objects makes it much easier.

    Thanks Oldnewbie

Make sure you somewhat do it like in that tutorial, 'cause my SO's are disabled, and if you don't at least ask me permission (which I most probably won't grant you!), to store one of them on my system, your thing won't be happening.
