    How do I? ( revised)

I am trying to synchronize text and audio with an animation. Years ago I helped develop the Text Talker II for the Aptiva. When you opened a help file and clicked the handicapped buttom...a little icon of a dinosaur or a fish would appear and it was animated so the mouth and hands would move along as the animation appeared to read the help file. Oddly enough I don't have access to my own technology. I don't understand the new technologies well enough to know what software to use to accomplish this task.
I have a flash animation of a fox and it looks like it is speaking. I have the text of a warehouse training manual and I have a digital recording of someone reading it saved as an mpej. But I don't know how to make it all work together.

Not quite sure if I understand your question...are you trying to synchronise an audio track(s) with the text?
