    flash menu --- html

I want to make a horizontal menu (800px/25px) and include it to an HTML page. When I roll over a button, the submenus (100px/150px) appears on the top of the html content.
Anyone know how to do this? tutorial?

I use Dreamweaver for any submenus and popups I make. The program makes it so easy to create them. It has to be java script based this way, it's the only way I know how to do it. Never tried to make a flash nav bar with submenus, but I'm sure it is possible. I make flash nav bars for all my sites but none need submenus. I can see that it would be a tedious task though.
Sorry, this really doesn't answer your question...

well you can either layer the flash menu above the html using < div> tags, look it up you'll find it.. or. how about make the entire site flash and simple call up the html page withing the .swf?
and layer the menu above everything else simply in the .fla?

let me go check out the div tags idea.. and see what i can find

And this link somewhat explains the rest about the layer/division bit...
