swf are not editable files. you can try Imperator FLA to convert swf files to fla.

    find it here

i guess that if you dont have the fla, you didnt make the file.
I also guess that if you downloaded the swf from somewhere and the author didnt offer the fla he didnt want the source to be available.
so then just leaves the option that you wanna steal code from a file.
lol dont mind me ...im bored..... , sorry for not being helpfull here

URL Action Editor can edit URL related actions and can change/hide symbols. Also Action Script Viewer offers a way to rebuild the FLA file with Flash MX 2004. See http://www.buraks.com

Do you really have to tag "professional" to tool in this case?

Yes, it is as professional as Flash. I've tested it for some days. Actually, it is easier than Flash for users to make flash, or edit swf movie.

    Did you try it?

Flash Fashion, registered on May 10, posted 7 messages on the same day, and not one more since, all promoting the professional application...

GunPro, registered on May 20, again posts messages that promote the application (also a few seemingly unrelated ones).

    It goes like this:
    Flash Fashion:
    'Hey,

Why not using that app? It can edit a swf file without fla file.'

    GunPro:
    'Hi,

I've downloaded the app and tried it for a couple of days. It is amazing and can really edit any elements, text, url, actionscript...

    Thanks Flash Fashion!'

You might say 2 happy users of the professional app, so what?

But look at the URLs they use! Why would anyone use a hypertracker URL as a link (unless they are trying to track the clicks generated)?

I do post to Flashkit, sometimes promoting our applications, when I think people will find it useful to solve their problem, but it's no ad campaing for me. I clearly sign my posts, everyone knows I'm from the vendor company and might be biased.

This is clearly an ad campaign, but not an ethical one at that I'd say.

So is the above an "ad campaign"?

  10. #10
Yes, it's an ad campaign, see the URL, the source is tracked.

But, I have no problem with that kind of an ad campaign, when they state the site URL in the signature and it's posted to a related thread.

So is ASV going to come out with the same new features?
