How do I make an animated gif with flash?

I have never done one before. How do I do it?

For this banner ad, I have three images, that need to cycle every few seconds. Do I just import the gifs to the timeline, space them out and then export as an animated gif?

Under the export movie dialg box, theres an option for a GIF.
