I dont like the fact that you have to sit through the naviagation reloading everytime you want to go to another page. The nav should always be clear, easy to understand, and quick to get to on a corporate/professional site.

its a nice looking site and moves easily through the links

I agree with the above you should keep the links on view all the time

Also you should put some defaults on all your forms otherwise you will be getting loads of blank emails like the ones that I have just sent

Based on your suggestions, I will eliminate the reloading of the opening animations when one returns to the main menu after having selected one prior. Good point, which I hadn't addressed yet.

I will also put default entries into all the forms to eliminate the blank e-mails - I would have overlooked that - thanks.

Any other thoughts - anyone feel like tackling the animation timing and/or making the site "flashier" - I always seem to struggle with that aspect of my sites.

Its always tempting to make your site have more oomph, but as its a very functional site and its subject is quite sensitive I would leave it as it

exceptable.. links should always be visable tho.. overall decent, and if i were to navigate to your page, while i wouldn't be in awe of its design i wouldnt turn away because its very consumer comprehensive.
