need some clouds moving across a sky

    hey people

I'm redesigning my website now and I was thinking of adding some flash animation to the front page

so I needed clouds moving across a sky thing, with pictures fading in and out infront of it

problem is I can't find such sequential pictures to use as a movieclip

    can anyone help??

    thanks a lot

thses might be of use, if it was me i would get a digi camera and a tripod and shoot a frame every 1 minute then in photoshop alter the frame one and the last frame so they link seemlessly

    @PCRIDE

I'll search for that on google too, thanks a lot, and those images you mentioned, are they sequential, like a short movie clip of clouds rolling through the sky?

I'm also tempted to take my Camera and go try shooting clouds this weekend

    Woah, great find, thanks man

aside from the fact they are not really moving, but that's perfect, just the small thumbnail placed in a movieclip to loop and that's all I need

Thanks again, now go join my Forum, link is in my signature

remember that unless it states explicitly that it's copyright free it's probably not.

Art is either plagiarism or revolution.

yes, art is, but commercial web design isn't art and it's subject to copyright laws and restrictions.

just fyi not saying you'll use it illegally but so many people seem to think that anything they find on google is free.

    Take a blue background,
    search a picture with clouds
    load it into flash
set alpha to 10 or less
    and make it move...

Hope it works cause I've done it a while ago

    Kind regards
