    OK sorry about that. I'm sending you a PM with all the files I think you would need. There's more files, but I didn't want to make the file too big.

    I made the frame arrangement very evident in the files you will see there to see what I'm trying to do. Just click on indexFlash.html to see what I mean. Only home, and contact should work...given the files that I included in the folder.

    Thank in advance.

    Nope! Exactly the same! Even just downloaded it a third time, and it's exactly the same.
    No indexFlash.html, .fla or .swf, in there.

    Check it out yourself!

    Ummmmmmmmh! This is going to take me a while... Seem to be missing the temp.html file. Can you make it available?

    And where's the call to load the first picture? Shouldn't that first picture come up on the initial load? Is it that first connection you're trying to make in the foundation.swf?

    yes I'll send you the temp.html file right now. But when you drop them in that folder, you won't see the frames as clearly. But now that you have seen them it's OK.

    The first call to the first picture is made from homeLeft.fla. The top part of the page is just listening (which is in the foudation.fla) The calls to control the pictures are all made from the left, and right movies at the bottom.

    here at the html files, drop these files in the same folder.

    anything else, please ask.

    Ok! Think I solved the picture problem, now looking into the title change... Must I assume there will be a picture change as the title in contact changes?
    Will you be around later, tomorrow or only on Monday?

    No, there will not be a change in the picture above with the title change. This same method will be used in the portfolio part. The portfolio items will be listed on the left, and when clicked the swf on the right will chnage accordingly.

    What problem did you solve with the picture?

    Thanks as always.

    Well, in the last package you sent me, I couldn't get the pictures to load until I switched your listening bit from the "foundation.swf" to the "centerpics.swf". But maybe I only had that problem, if you're saying everything worked fine for you.

    As for the other problem, got it working by using another named connection, i.e. "simple_lc2" rather than "simple_lc"...

    Thus on the web button...
    code:

    EDITED

    Then on frame 23 of contactForm...
    code:
    EDITED

    And finally in your departmentsMovie clip, changing all 4 of your...

    gotoAndPlay(_level0.gotoItem);

    For...

    gotoAndPlay(_parent.gotoItem);

    Can't open your webPortfolio.fla, it crashes my Flash application every time. Can you re-save it and make it available?

    Nope! That file is corrupted my friend! Still can't open it and it still crashes my application. Guess you'll have to re-create it from scratch!

    OK let's try this one. I created a new file from scratch and copied the keyframes from the other one. This has happened to me a couple of times, and what I do is I make a copy of the file in explorer with a different name, and open that one. For some reason it lets me open it like that....just something to try if this one that I'm sending you here doesn't work. I sure hope it does.

    Thanks for being so paitient.

    I'm glad you were able to open it. Whenever you are able to look into it will be just fine.

    Thanks
