how to explore computer directory?

im workin on a media player program. does anyone know of any good tutorials? or just tell me a way to access the person's computer and show a list of all the files in folder 'd:/music'? is there any way to make a flash prog access a computer?

I think you have to use a third party projector like those made by

In Flash 5 you had alot of fsCommands to use but they disabled those for security reasons..
