if you're referring to the second picture from the left, then it's just a simple optical illusion... trust me, I see it on even the most professional sites all the time... no worries

Just to be sure, don't tween from 0% to 100%, do it from 1% to 99%. but I think it's an opticle illusion in this case too.

Why wouldn't you tween from 0 to 100% but do it from 1 to 99?? What does that fix?

There is a fairly well known bug in flash with fade tweens. Starting at 1% and only going to 99% fixes it. If you go the full amount, some images will wiggle or change size slightly.

Another fix that sometimes works for the "image shift" problem is to resize both instances of the image to 99%.
