    Freelancer's Contract

    I am in the process of drawing up a contract for my freelancers to sign. Some kind of a one page deal.

    It's been suggested to me by a friend who also owns a design firm, to protect me from freelancers who might try to take over the hard won clients that I have.

    I've never had that happen (had a freelancer take a client), but was warned by someone that it's good to get them to sign something saying that they are liable if they do or try to do that.

    Anyone have such a freelancer's contract already that I could look at?
