Yes, I did both with Koolmoves. Of course I had to create the graphics with Ulead PhotoImpact before but the main work was in fact with Koolmoves. Meanwhile I like this software very much. At the beginning there were only problems to solve. First I had to find a way to pay safely without a credit card from Germany and the other thing was to understand how Koolmoves really behaves. I mean if we talk about specific words such as slant, squish, morphing, tweens etc. it is not easy to understand for a German.

What is needed is multi lingual help files. I don't know how much utility is gained by doing that though.
