    component to select a movie clip frame?

    I'll cut to the chase... Anyone know whether a component exists that allows you to visually select a frame from a movie clip? I've been trying to make one myself but with no success. It would look something like this:


    | < | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | > |


    I'm going to keep looking but any help would be appreciated.
