it tells u how to make a basic site in flash...the only bit i dont get is this bit

Make some buttons. In the example I made 6. Give each button an instance name. Now make a movie clip with 6 sections or an equivalent to the number of buttons that you made and name it se. Each section of the movie clip should have the same size. In the example I made it into 250x200. Click on it a open the actions panel. place in the following actions:

Use the button function onRelease to specify new values of endX and endY. For example if I will click and then release on the button named works the new values of endX will be -250 and endY will be 0. With the equation above the values of the movie clip's _x and _y will gradually change until it will be equal to endX=-25 and endY=0.
