Moving legs

Hi everyone. I'm trying to make this character's legs move like he's bending his knees.

I'm not sure how to make it more realistic.

I'm attatching the SWF for you to look at. it's a shaman. I wasn't sure about the clothes either.

Let me know what you think of it.

That's a very simple solution, but a very clever one!

I've changed the arangement of the frames, so it's a bit more scatty (I like this guy being a little weird).
I'm glad you like the animation. )

Just a question Dead_Ed.
How did you create so smooth lines for your sketch? Did you create it in Illustrator? i 'd like to know.
And in case you don't know,in publishing settings,in flash tab check the Protect from import option, so noone can use your .swf in a new .fla file.

Thanks for the tip.

As for the animation... nope it was all done in flash.
I used CartoonSmart.com's tutorial on how to draw in flash... basically i drew a box, pulled out points and then moved the nodes and pulled the curves.

It takes a while to get the hang of it, but you can do it pretty smoothly in the end.
