Big Problem with Flash Communication!

now my problems...
i´m basic of musikproductions,and webprog. in php(mysql)html, nut my big problems are flash!I´m interessting,of couse but my brain is full with many ****,that´s too much!So I search someone thats programming me complettely a webcommunikation service with live audio conference with 3 and more members!It´s needed for a livebattlechat,i dont know are you know what i mean,1 member just login and connect live with microphone to one other and between a rm. or mp3 dat. is play!we are little musikcrew,and have nothing outer musik so i want exchange our musik for programming and very thanking for help,in german better but english ok!
please help i serach help ago 6 month!
