I noticed this a few days ago...read this:

    Question/Concern
    • How do I go about not seeing the Order screen before FlaX FX 1.12 and not having scrambled letters when published?
I put my serial number in and it still comes up.
      What am I doing wrong???

    Answer/Reply
    • That'll be (again) a bug. All seemed fine in the tests.

I think it's best to downgrade for a day or 2, until we find the prob.

    Take that into consideration.
I just thought I'd inform current FlaX FX users...

In case any other users have this with V1.12, could you
please report this, here, or per Email?

So far there's only one problem, and that makes searching
    very difficult.

I think I have the same problem.. I put my SN, FlaX accepts it, but still runs the 'order' screen on startup.. it exports text fine though, not scrambled.. so I had no reason to say anything.. but it does occur here aswell.

    Peace.

We'll solve it. But curently FlaX is "under construction",
and any fixes can't be released until we can "sew up" the
    patient again.

1.13 (or 1.20) will fully support TTF files, and will get
    rid of these intermediate FlaX-font-files.

A few options for exporting your SWF file (non-looping,
http-link) are also being implemented. (For those who
do not want to process the file further in Flash)

That's good to know...I was wondering why it didn't support the ttf files.....

We started out with the special font-files scheme because
that was so much faster. Esp on slower computers, using TTF
files wasn't very nice, it had absolutely not the real-time
    feeling of FlaX.

This seems pretty much under control now, so FlaX can use
and convert TTF files on the fly, while maintaining the
    same lightning screen update speed.

    OK Here...

No problems here. I just ran the executable, and Flax updated itself. Just wanted folks to know that not all users had a problem.

    rechecking brought more conclusions..

weird.. when I rechecked it, the order screen kept popping no matter what, but the text sometime came right and sometime scrambled.. one moment it works, the next it doesn't.. oh well I hope the bugfix will take care of it.
