Problem with converting to a sympol (graphic)

    Hello
I am facing a problem with converting an object to a sympol (graphic) since it converts it to another already created sympol graphic.

for instance, i have graphical sympol : egg1
    I made a tween
broke it apart in another frame
    changed its look
then tried to convert it to sympol egg2 but its look changes to egg1!

    Did i do something wrong?
    Waiting 4 some help

So, egg1 is in keyframe 1 of a tween, and egg1 is in the second...

If you take egg1 in the second keyframe and convert that to egg2 I think flash might auto-convert the one in the tween at keyframe 1.

Thanks for the reply, but this does not work either
coz egg1 shape in frame 2 need to have a different shape
    so
i need to break it apart
and after i change it and then convert it to a sympol, its look goes back to the first look which is egg1! so, its look remains the same, as if i haven't changed it

    any help?

Get rid of the tween before you do it.
