Control a movie clip with click and drag?

Does anyone here know how to make it so a movie clip's timeline can be dragged back and forth with the mouse? I've seen it done before on other websites, where they have a 360 degree turn-around of an object that the veiwer can control. I have MX2004, is it done with behaviors?

simply set an action on the timeline to change the frame of a movieclip, depeneding on the position of a transparent mavieclip set to drag on the mouse.

Okay, I know how to make a transparent movie clip, and I'm pretty sure I know how to make a movie clip drag with the mouse using behaviours (right?) but I'm still a little sketchy on Actionscript. How would you write the code for that one?

well what exactly do you want from it. Do you want the 360 effect or just in a line vert/horz
