    Question

    (first post!!)
ok, I have a few buttons and on the mouseover state, I want a window to appear with some text. I want this window to appear in the same spot in the movie, so it doesn't look like it is a different object to the user. My buttons are very different in size, shape, and placement on the page. How can I achieve this easily without moving the elements by hand?? paste in place doesn't keep the same location from object to object.. ggrrrr
    thanks guys and gals

    Cool

Tell Target command and movie clips are your friends. Create a movie clip with what you want to have said in it. Then using the tell traget command call the movie clip and display the frame you want. There are tutroials on the Flash 4 CD. Regards, Bill

In the beginning the web was without shape and color, and the hype covered the darkness of the net. Then there was a Flash and life came to the web and vision became reality.
