Tweening problem

When tweening with motion guide, from one end of a line to the next, how do you make the line transparent? It covers my other symbols.

the motion guide will not be visible when it view in flash movie or website.

if the guide bother you or cover your other object, click on the little eye icon next to the motion guide's name, this will make that layer become invisible.(for safety, you might also want to click the lock icon to lock that layer in case you alter the motion path unaware when it invisible).
